4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your mystake wallet instantly upon confirmation of payment. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes during standard banking hours. mystake is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification. mystake reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the mystake account holder.
4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions. Funds that have been deposited but not yet wagered at least once may be subject to withdrawal restrictions. Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms before they may be withdrawn.

13.3 These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
14.1 mystake reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective upon publication on the mystake website. Where changes are material, mystake will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification.
